Lifetime components
The calibrating machine, type 4060.30.00, is suitable for accurate calibration (sizing) of your seeds. The current models are now fitted as standard with an improved bearing of the swing arm. This swing arm is used for the transferring the drive for the ball box and screen boat. Because of this adjustment this part has a longer lifetime and therefore less replacement.
Noise level and vibration:
In order to absorb vibrations caused during the calibration and cleaning of the screens, the machine is placed on shock absorbers so that vibrations are absorbed and not passed on to your floor. In order to reduce the noise level produced by the ball cleaning, the steel ball box is now covered with a PU coating.
Noise level and dust control
To reduce the noise level even more we can cover the machine with sound absorbing materials, as an option. The top of the machine is also covered with a hinged cover. The dust released can be exhausted more directly.
