Our engineers travel all around the world to do service or maintenance to the equipment Seed Processing Holland B.V. delivered.
Of course our engineers are VCA certified.
When contacting our service department, always keep the serial number of the machine at hand. If you have a question about a machine or a problem we will help you as soon as possible, either by telephone, e-mail, or if possible, by modem. When this does not solve the problem we will come to your plant and fix the problem, but this almost does not occur.
Most of the components that we use in our machines are available at world-wide branch offices.
